1. Copyright infringement claims

2. Likeness or misrepresentation concerns

Because our personas are AI-generated, we take particular care that no persona is built to resemble a specific, identifiable real person without consent. If you believe any image, name, or biographical detail on this Site improperly uses your likeness, name, or identity, please contact us at legal@beverlyhillsmamas.com with a description of the concern and the specific URL(s) involved. We investigate all such reports promptly and will remove or modify content where warranted.

3. Counter-notices

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with your contact information, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake. We will process counter-notices in accordance with applicable law.

4. Repeat infringers

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for any user or account associated with repeated, verified infringement.
